Some vessels arrive with a presence, and SCARLET RAY, a modern product tanker, was one of them.

Owned by Eastern Pacific Shipping, the vessel recently called at BLRT Repair Yards Klaipeda for her first special survey.

This project marks our first collaboration with Eastern Pacific Shipping, a recognised leader in global shipping, and we are proud to have contributed our expertise and dedication.

Among the wide range of works carried out onboard, a standout task was the propeller blasting and application of the energy-saving XGIT- PROP coating from GIT Coatings. This advanced, biocide-free coating reduces drag and biofouling, leading to lower fuel consumption, reduced emissions, and smoother sailing.
